Mark and I spent a weekend in Surfers Paradise, 21-22/1/23
We started our mini adventure with a coffee at the Crown Plaza, where we are staying.
We walked into Surfers Paradise. I treated Mark to lunch at the Skypoint restaurant in the Q1 tower. He hadn't been there before.

We walked back by the beach. It was very windy and hot.
Taken from our balcony. We were on the 5th floor.
Water was pretty cool but who could resist.
Back to our room to get out of the wind and get away from the very energetic children in the pool.
Walked around the corner for a drink 'to wet the babies head' and have dinner. We weren't very hungry so we shared 2 entrees.

Took the long way back.
